In this program an Administrator is described as: administrators work behind the scenes to make sure everything operates smoothly. In the same program: Directors recruit, hire, train, and manage staff, as well as develop programs based on their clients' demands. From the description the administrator looks at the overall organization and makes sure things are running as close to 100% as possible. The director, on the other hand, is hiring and working with, and managing, the staff the administrator provides. I see both positions working together in a collaborative relationship.
